Colors
Arnyn - The orange of lost fires. Tattoos of this color are associated with curiosity - but only if worn on the arms.
Ceate - The blue of mis-remembered deep waters.
Astra - The quintessential yellow. Ink of this color is used only for important wills.
Fodange - The proper purple. Used to write about compassion.
Coara - The oldest purple. Those that see this color experience dreams of compassion.
Scel - A sober red. Paper of this color is all too easy to make.
Bruspil - A light red. It is the color of things that will always be erased.
Stae - The purple of wine drunk by the insane. Once the color of jesters, but now associated with the incurious. Dye of this color requires expensive materials.
Pesngas - A bright green. Paint of this color is hard to manufacture.
Chysa - A sickly orangeish-yellow. The same color as the feathers of a breed of obscure birds.
